When I started doing wedding photography, I had goals that seemed attainable and goals that just seemed more like far fetched dreams. One of those far fetched dreams was to shoot a wedding on a different continent. I have friends from everywhere, so the dream didn’t seem to be to far, but when we actually had a bride and groom from Germany contact us, my heart burst with joy.
Toby & Nina got married this September, and Kellen and I were lucky enough to be there. Not only were we there for the day of but the whole weekend. The family welcomed us into their home and treated us like family from the beginning. It was.. just.. incredible. We shared so much food, wine, beer and more food together. It was beautiful. It was not only a dream to be there, but the couple. Nina and Toby truly loved each other, and were so vulnerable with us. They opened up to us, and we got to capture their love. Their truth. Their beauty.
We are so grateful for couples who trust us to document their day. We love what we do, and we hope you see that. Here’s to dreams coming true!
